We are a community of devoted individuals dedicated to the restoration of the Republic of Vietnam to reclaim Spratly and Paracels Islands with PEACE according to international laws. Our mission is to support the Republic of (South) Viet Nam  people to reconvene the Peace Paris Conference 1973 with the ICCS in regard to South of the 17th parallel (DMZ) through the efforts of RVN Overseas members.

Chúng tôi là một nhóm trong cộng đồng tận tụy để tái lập Việt Nam Cộng Hòa để dành lại hai đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa với HÒA BÌNH theo luật lệ của Quốc Tế.  Sự mệnh của chúng tôi là ủng hộ công dân VNCH triệu tập lại Hiệp Định Hòa Bình Ba Lê 1973 với Hội Nghị Quốc Tế (ICCS) để lấy lại quốc gia VNCH từ vỷ tuyến 17 (DMZ) với sự ủng hộ của người Việt Quốc Gia VNCH khắp thế giới.
